What is Scottish Alternative?
Ethan Scott
Party Leader

Introducing a new political force in Scottish politics: Scottish Alternative. This dynamic and forward-thinking party was founded with the aim of creating a fairer, more prosperous, and more democratic Scotland. Scottish Alternative believes that Scotland deserves a government that works for everyone, not just the privileged few. Our platform is built on a foundation of social justice, economic equality, and environmental sustainability. As a party, we are committed to the principle of self-determination for Scotland, and we believe that the Scottish people should have the right to decide their own future. We reject the status quo and are committed to challenging the entrenched interests that hold Scotland back. We believe in investing in our people, our communities, and our public services. We believe in a Scotland where everyone has access to high-quality education, healthcare, and housing. We believe in creating an economy that works for everyone, not just the wealthy and powerful. Our party is made up of people from all walks of life, united by a shared commitment to building a better Scotland. We welcome everyone who shares our values and our vision for a fairer, more prosperous, and more democratic Scotland. Join us and help us build a brighter future for Scotland.
Our Political Action
Summer 2021 Leaflet Handing.

At Scottish Alternative, we believe that real change happens at the grassroots level, through the power of local communities and people. That's why we're proud to be a political party that's entirely made up of volunteers, who are dedicated to standing up for the needs and interests of people across Scotland. As a party, we're committed to putting people first. We believe that everyone should have a voice in the decisions that affect their lives, and we work tirelessly to ensure that the concerns and aspirations of local communities are heard and acted upon. Our party is unique in that we're entirely grassroots - we don't accept donations from big corporations or wealthy donors, and we don't have any paid staff or politicians. Even our amazing Party Leader, Ethan Scott, is a volunteer who works tirelessly to support our charitable initiatives. We believe that this grassroots approach gives us a unique perspective on the issues that matter most to people in Scotland. Our policies are driven by the concerns and aspirations of local communities, and we're committed to working collaboratively with people from all walks of life to build a better future for all. As a party, we're not afraid to take bold political action when necessary. We've been at the forefront of campaigns to protect public services, promote environmental sustainability, and hold those in power accountable. And we'll continue to stand up for what's right, no matter how difficult the fight may be. Join us in building a Scotland that works for everyone, not just the privileged few. As a grassroots party made up entirely of volunteers, we believe that we can make a real difference when we work together.
Our Charity Work
Foodbank donation to St Wilson Memorial.

At Scottish Alternative, we believe that a strong community is built on a foundation of compassion and solidarity. That's why we're proud to support a range of charitable initiatives across Scotland, under the leadership of our esteemed Party Leader, Ethan Scott. One of our key focuses is supporting foodbanks across Scotland. We know that many families are struggling to put food on the table, and we believe that everyone deserves access to nutritious meals. That's why we regularly donate to local foodbanks and encourage our members to volunteer their time to help distribute food to those in need. In addition to our foodbank donations, we're also involved in a range of community initiatives that help to build stronger and more resilient communities. Whether it's supporting local businesses, promoting environmental sustainability, or providing access to essential services, we're committed to working with communities across Scotland to build a better future for all. To support our charitable work, we organise fundraisers throughout the year, from charity runs to sponsored events. All proceeds go directly to supporting the communities and causes we care about.
Under the leadership of Ethan Scott, our Party Leader, we're constantly looking for new ways to support those in need and strengthen our communities. Whether it's through donations, volunteering, or fundraising, we believe that everyone can make a difference. Join us in building a better Scotland for all.
