By becoming a member of Scottish Alternative, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Membership Eligibility: To be eligible for membership, you must be 16 years or older (Please ask for Parental Permission if younger) and either reside in Scotland or wish to show your support for our cause from across the world.

  2. Membership Categories: We offer three categories of membership: "Standard", "Youth", and "Global". Standard membership is open to those who live in Scotland and are 16 years or older. Youth membership is open to those who live in Scotland and are under 16 years old. Global membership is open to those who live outside Scotland and wish to show their support for our cause.

  3. Membership Applications: To become a member, you must complete the membership application form, which is available on our website. We reserve the right to reject any membership application at our discretion.

  4. Membership Renewal: Membership is renewable annually. You will receive a reminder to renew your membership before it expires.

  5. Termination of Membership: We reserve the right to terminate your membership if you breach these terms and conditions, or if you act in a way that is detrimental to the Party or its members. In the event of termination, we will notify you by email.

  6. Data Protection: We will use the personal data you provide to us only for the purpose of administering your membership and keeping you informed of Party activities. We will not share your personal data with any third parties without your consent.

  7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

By becoming a member of Scottish Alternative, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

No information you give will be shared anywhere outside of Scottish Alternative
